So research has shown that sleep is just as important as regular exercise and eating a healthy balanced diet in fact sleep can help boost our immune system it can help boost our mental well-being and it can help prevent diseases like diabetes heart disease and it can keep you slim now. this technique was reportedly developed by US Army Chiefs to help their soldiers sleep faster and be more alert the next day, but before I teach you the technique I'm just going to tell you this one thing.   • Tip number:3 Have a bedroom at the right temperature so generally speaking a colder environment is better to this so we're talking about 18 degrees Celsius which is 65 Fahrenheit you might need to change the thermostat settings I guess also have the right bedding for the time earlier.




  • Tip number:4 In the evenings you need to avoid big meals avoid alcohol avoid caffeine and smoking all of these are going to stimulate you and stop you from going to sleep.




  • Tip number:5 Your bedroom should be just for sleeping so don't eat there don't reply to emails don't do any work don't watch TV don't do anything there but sleep this separation of areas is going to make a big difference.




  • Tip number:6 Make sure to exercise in the day so you tithe at night and you'll be able to go to sleep faster and I always mention exercise in almost every video but it's true it's great for us one thing to mention though please that exercise about two to three hours before going to bed as it's workout.
